Dyck Insurance Agency soon to be Orbit Insurance Services
Supporting the National Police Federation and our RCMP officers is at the core of who Dyck Insurance is. We have been serving RCMP officers and their families for over 40 years, since our inception in 1980. Dyck Insurance's founder, Frank Dyck, was a retired Staff Seargent.
In 2024, Dyck Insurance Agency joined a family of insurance brokerages, Orbit Insurance Services. We’re proud to be part of Orbit, and throughout 2026, we’ll begin the process of changing our name to Orbit Insurance Services.
This new chapter will help us carry forward the Dyck Insurance values and build on the trusted service you know and expect from us. Though our name is changing, we’re still committed to providing NPF members with the affordable protection they need.

With the recent extreme winter weather in Ontario, know that we will be here for you when you need us.
If you’ve been affected by the extreme winter weather and have experienced damage to your property including home, vehicles and/or belongings, please take photos and make a list of affected items. It’s helpful to provide as much information as possible when submitting a claim.
For an urgent claim, please call our 24/7 emergency claims service team at 1-866-952-2876.
If you have a claim that is not urgent, please submit an online claims form.
